"Living Room" is like an exhibition of the family who lives there. Every detail, such as individual ornaments, how they are arranged, the coloured walls and surroundings, and symbolic items, has personal and spiritual meaning. It is as though a window into the family's beliefs, unique habits, and what is valuable to them.
Each home is unique and familiar at the same time. I realised every Living Room represented my own memories and feelings of home, a particular period in my life, and a familiar feeling l once felt. It was stepping into the very emotions that each room manifested, and my own secret desires I wish to have one day.
